Presented by AJ Cipperly, Managing Director of Valeo™
Solvere Living

Join us as AJ Cipperly introduces Teepa Snow’s Positive Approach® to Care at Tudor Heights.

You’ll learn about this person-centered approach that evolved to meet the complex and unique needs of individuals by using effective and structured techniques. As we grow an appreciation of the differences in dementia care, we’ll discover better care and support for those living with changing abilities.

AJ has been in the senior health industry for over 19 years and is a licensed Assisted Living Administrator. She holds multiple training certificates for conducting caregiver facilitator support; one being from Teepa Snow’s Positive Approach to Care. As a certified dementia care trainer, AJ has presented educational sessions for both local and national associations as a keynote speaker for family and professional care conferences. As Managing Director of Valeo at Solvere Living, she oversees all aspects of the company’s memory care programs and initiatives, ensuring quality, developing programming and providing training to team members.

Ask the Expert at Tudor Heights is an in-depth education series on successful aging using our holistic philosophy. Regularly getting together to learn, share and connect helps us build a more informed network of support.
